Director
Mr. Amit Kaushik, a distinguished professional in the Aluminum Formwork industry, assumed the role of Director at Mayra Aluminum Formwork in 2023. Holding a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from the esteemed Pune University, he brings a wealth of expertise accumulated over 15 years in the construction and manufacturing sectors. With a noteworthy 8-year background specifically in the construction field, Mr. Kaushik’s journey includes a pivotal 7-year tenure at Knest, where he significantly contributed to establishing the company as a prominent player in the Aluform sector.
Known for his visionary approach, Mr. Kaushik’s leadership at Mayra Aluminum Formwork is marked by a commitment to innovation and excellence. His strategic vision shapes the company’s trajectory, ensuring it remains at the forefront of advancements in the Aluminum Formwork industry. Mr. S.C. Yadav
CEO
Mr. S.C. Yadav is the Chief Executive Officer at Mayra Aluminium Formworks, Bhiwadi since 2023. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious MBM Engineering college, Jodhpur and an MBA in Operations from Symbiosis, Pune.
He has over 35 years of rich work experience in the Auto industry, having worked in Commercial Vehicles, Auto Ancillary & Two-Wheelers Sectors.
His role as the CEO includes oversight of all activities such as Operations, Supply chain, Quality and Business Development. His primary focus is on nurturing a purpose-driven organization, establishing tech leadership and value creation across businesses. He has been instrumental in formulating and driving the Company’s sustainable manufacturing strategy to meet industry standards in manufacturing, quality and delivery, Green Initiatives and Compliances.
Prior to MAF, he has established state-of-the-art plants from scratch at Dharuhera, Bhiwadi and Pithampur for some of the biggest Auto ancillaries. He has been pivotal in developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring desired and consistent results.

Our dedicated team undergoes continuous training and upskilling programs, ensuring every piece of formwork is meticulously crafted to the highest standards. This meticulous approach translates to extended product lifespans for our customers, maximizing value and minimizing long-term costs.
